I was very impress from the moment I called to inquire cost of service. I had to get an oil change for 2 of my cars. To find out your open on Sun is huge with our schedules. Jonah was very helpful on the phone and knowledgeable with Big O products. Kevin was the same in person when I arrived. Cars where done when expected which is not a common thing with other places.

Alex and Jr and the entire Big O Tire staff are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The always explain the work they will be performing on my vehicle. They are like my family mechanic!!

I appreciate that even though the tire I needed wasn't in stock, the staff was able to receive it via truck the following day. In my case, it was a Saturday! Thoroughly impressed with the turn around. Jake (Jacob) assisted me with ordering tires and scheduling drop off via phone and was extremely helpful and patient even though I know how the lobby gets. The tires were available on the day he quoted. I completed drop off with Riley, who said he was only a few days into his job. He was apologetic that he wasn't yet 100% trained but was very courteous and friendly. I worked with Riley again at pick up, although it took a long time (30 minutes or so because he needed assistance with the pick up process from another associate who was actively helping another customer), he was friendly and kept his cool despite how busy it was. Even though this Big O Tires location is quite busy and wait times in the lobby can be long, I wouldn't hesitate to come back again purely due to my interactions with Jacob and Riley. They work well under pressure without compromising customer service and efficiency. Thanks again!

Woke up to a flat tire and was able to get some air into the tire enough to get to the Big O location on 7th st. Once there purchased 2 new tires. Even though the tires were not available at this location it didn't take long for them to arrive. After they had arrived the installation was completed in a timely manner! I've been coming to Big O for for 5 years or so now and am Very Satisified with the service and Courteous staff each time!

I came in around 7:30am with no appointment because my tire pressure on my front passenger was low and noticed a bubble on the sidewall. Immediately came and was convenient since I live not even 2 minutes away. Jake R. Was amazing I had No appointment but he got me right in and did explain the mostly run on an appointment based schedule. I had no issue with waiting was just grateful I was able to get in. He explained everything amazingly and if I had a question and he didn’t exactly have the answer for he immediately went and checked with someone to get me a response. He’s very attentive! He got me amazing deals today and got my tire replaced! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will definitely be coming back because of his service today!!
