I was very happy with the service i received. I'm an out of former so I was leery but they proved me wrong. I will definitely recommend this business to anyone that needs it.

I was almost an hour late for my appointment to get my oil changed but they were able to fit me in without an issue despite it being close to closing time. While I was waiting I witnessed the employees advising other clients in an honest manner, not trying to upsell them. It was amazing to hear our cars were in great condition and we didn't need to buy anything unnecessary. I'm very impressed with Big O at this location and will definitely come back again for additional work.

All Big o tire employees at this location are amazing. From Major to Alex, Jimmy and the nice young lady that gave me a ride back to work yesterday. They are very friendly, if you've been there before they remember you and always treat everyone with kindness and understanding. they're real people, no airs whatsoever. And they understand that car issues can not only be very frustrating but extremely expensive and they are always willing to work with you. They always do their best to communicate with customers on a timely basis and are always fair and honest with all that they do.

these guys have been great every time I've come into the store. I will always come back, because their dedication to getting things fixed right and putting the customer first, is unmatched from other local tire/repair shops. The staff worked with me on issues, and got me back on the road. I had to return to the shop to have an item they put in fixed, due to some faulty product issues, but they are doing all they can to work with me and get me my car back and good to go.

The price is good for an oil change. Alex the manager is friendly and helpful on price estimates and service and knowledgeable on repairs. Having a TV to watch while you wait and bottled water to drink, even coffee if you want.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They stayed ten minutes after closing to finish my vehicle. They were incredibly friendly to me, a new teacher who just moved across the country to teach in AZ, and I wholeheartedly support them!

My visit to your store was a great experience. It started out with my Yukon breaking down in the Enterprise Rent A Car lot just up the street from your store. Cory from Enterprise recommended I take the car to Big O since that is where they take their own cars and is where I'll be treated the best. He was absolutely right! It turned out that the Yukon simply overheated due to the previous radiator repair job not being finished entirely and had air trapped in the cooling system. Your guys did a pressure check, let the air out and all was good! I will definitely make this my new go-to place for auto repair and tires. Jonah, Garrett and the rest of the guys at your store are truly pros in field full of amateurs! Thank you again.

I made an oil change appointment online. Wasn't given a quote though but I did ask for the "early bird" service oil change. Puzzled though as to not getting an oil change sticker on the windshield and also not receiving any paperwork receipt. I was ill and not in my right state of mind at the time.

Major - was a great help from scheduling the appointment to calling me and giving me a detailed description of the inspection. They were really busy at the location but they were able to get me in same day and everyone was super friendly. Great experience with Major and the rest of the team.
