Big O Tires

I came in with a low tire- Mike , Arthur and Josh that worked on my car are the best!!! turns out I had just picked up a nail and they repaired it for free! I couldn't believe my ears being a new widow money is tight and to have these gentlemen work on my car and then tell me there was no charge truly touched me,they were so busy, customers screaming at them but they were so patient, so kind with each and every customer. I will never shop for tires anywhere other than the big O tire store!!!!!!!!!!! Brenda Reed Scottsdale AZ

Best service I have had at a car place

I’ve been a long time customer of Big O. When I need something done they always find a way to do it. I’ve always had good service. I live a few blocks away, so I just drop off the rig and they call me when it’s done. No waiting around- that’s perfect.

Excellent service and honest quote.

To me what makes the difference is customer service. Every time we go to Big O Tires Alex the owner always goes out of his way to satisfy his customers. Even is there are issues beyond both of our controls, Alex will do everything in his power to make it right. I have never been to a Big O Shop that has done this the way Alex does. It makes it a personalized experience. More shops should mirror image what Alex has created.

Victor first looked to see if we could repair the tire that was in question. he saw a wood screw in there and I decided to go with two tires. You had them in stock and while I went home because I had a meeting, the whole affair took one hour.

2nd time i have been here and will keep coming back. They could have really told me i needed 2 new tires but found that there was a simple issue and addressed it with no charge. Really appreciate it and builds trust. Also you see how they work with other customers while waiting puts you at ease.
