I had a friend that owned a Big O tire center in the Tri cities Washington. I told him that I would use Big O when I moved. He has long sense past away. I finely had a need for car services and went to 7th Street and Camelback store. I can say the service is just like I had in the Tri Cities. Keep up the great work and thanks so much.

I had a flat tire and needed to get to a professional conference by 8:30 a.m. The team greeted me as I arrived and had me in and out (and even managed an oil change) and I was able to make the conference on time!

I wasn't informed of the warranty option until I was literally out the door. I didn't realize just how limited the coverage was until it was too late. For over $600 for 4 tiny tires, I expected more. I only chose your company because Costco did not carry my size tire. Boy am I sad that that Costco isn't an option. I paid so much for so little.

Howard worked with me to explain pricing options. Additionally, it was mid afternoon and Howard worked to get the tires needed. He contacted me with info on much needed alignment. I dropped my car off at 2:00 in the afternoon and new tires with alignment was completed by 5:30.
