I’ve taken my vehicles for several years. I trust Sean (Master Mechanic) and Jeremy (Store Manager) explicitly as they both have been at this location from day one. Getting a military discount never hurts and I’ve rarely had any issues with anything since going to this location.

Its was great! Just pricey!! But I guess thats all car repair work!! Sadly

The staff are very kind and helpful. Only thing was when I checked my spare where the put it back in the trunk they didnt put it it correctly .

Timely service, good customer service. Decent pricing. I haven’t used Big O for many years, they used to not have much of a waiting area but it’s been remodeled since I was there last and the waiting area is much larger now and more comfortable so that’s a big plus when you have to stay and wait for your car. Also even though they don’t do appointments they’re just as fast as their competitors down the road that do make appointments! I also like that they do alignments, so I’ll be using them a lot more again.

I made an appointment for Saturday @ 11:00 am for an alignment. The work was done fast and accurate. My car drives straighter and handles better than before. Thank You ,Job well done!
