Had my hood latch replaced and an oil sensor replaced. Was in and out in two hours and the everyone was very professional.

Fixed my flat for free, very quick, very professional, thank you very much.

My wife could not get her jeep started Robert with Big O tire sent men out here and got the jeep started and took it back to Big O tire in Vail Arizona. They did an excellent job with everything and went above and beyond. We are so very happy and very grateful of Big O tire being in Vail. And we will never go anywhere else for. I was extremely pleased with the service. The staff was friendly and helpful. The service was quick as I waited less than an hour. Plus, my oil change included tire rotation which I did not realize until I drove away!

Love this Big O Tire store- I’m always greeted, they are friendly and can perform a variety of services. They have complimentary coffee, water and snacks. The restrooms are clean. Plus I can walk to a variety of places- Dutch Brothers, Walmart, TJ Max and more! They shouldn’t be so efficient- I could shop more LOL!

I did not have to wait too long for an oil change and the lobby was clean with refreshments. Thank you.
