They did an AC recharge on my truck and belt/spark plug change my SUV today. The staff was super kind, the price matched the competition and did incredibly professional work in a timely manner. I would recommend them over and over again!

Good service and quick

Went in for a brake inspection. Feared the worst. Was told by associate that our brakes had plenty of life left, and do not need to be replaced. Honesty and integrity are not lacking in this store. Thank you so much!

Hi my name is Chad I have a 2019 Hellcat Redeye, and needed someone to install an expensive exhaust system, It wasn't something that I trusted just anyone to do. I Met with there main exhaust guy AJ and felt very comfortable he could do the project. It was an active valve set up AJ, did a great job, he was very careful, and took great care with my hot rod . I also tried to get the local discount tire guy's to swap out a set of tire's for me that I owned already, and they turned me away told me they could not help me. I drove to Big O and they accommodated me on the spot! I'm impressed with this new local Big O They have all of my business. I have several cars an DC trucks that need wheels and tires. Free flat repair!

I have found that most of the staff and mechanics to be very helpful and knowledgeable. I was a mechanic years ago and have had people try to over charge me or try to sell me items I dont need . Big O has earned my trust and my service needs.

I walked in asking to have my oil changed and tires rotated. Becky Huston was extremely friendly and quick to get me checked in. She texted me to let me know I needed a new air filter and I aproved it, she also noted that the tech said my struts and shocks were wearing out. But did not pressure me at all and she got me parts estimates for suspension and notified me that it would possibly be cheaper for me to buy aftermarket parts and have them install them which I most likely will be doing!
