Very good experience

It was easy to make an appointment, wait for the service. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly.

Big O did great job and I will be a customer for life. I had a power steering pump that was replaced in January and a month later there was an problem with the replacement part. The team at Big O were great at diagnosing the new issue and even came to my house to try and figure out the problem since it persisted after I left the shop. After the problem continued I was to take my care back which they kept overnight and delivered back to my house in the morning fixed and free of charge. Walker the manager and his technician were very professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. Thank you for being there and getting my problem fixed in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend your shop to others.

You guys saved me a lot of money. Ford wanted almost triple what I got charged today. I called to get a price quote and the girl that answered the phone was very polite and helpful. Came in the next morning as a walk in and didn't have to wait too long. Caleb was very professional and took the extra step to help me figure out what was really going on with my car. He was patient, as I had many questions and didn't know where to start. I really appreciate the whole team here. The techs, the clerks. This team really rocks and I feel like they truly here to look out for me as a customer. It's a nice change from going to Ford, where I feel like they charge and arm and a leg, and want me to get things fixed that aren't broken..

I truely was impressed by the kindness of your staff as I am handicaped. The drive me back and pickup when my truck was ready was a nice feature. I was highly satisfied because to be honest I thought that this place was going to be an up scale place that I couldn’t afford and turns out I was 100% wrong and I love the customer service

Service was good Mike was very accommodating, even making us a new pot of coffee. Technician even let us observe the brack pads and drums while tires were off. Only suggestion would be adding a car wash to the services center we have that back in the midwest and its a wonderful feature of a oil change and car service.

I know so little about cars, so I took it in to get the oil changed and tires inspected.They looked at everything and informed me of what needed fixed or replaced. I’m satisfied they will keep my car in good running condition for me and that’s what I was looking for.

My husband had taken out RV here to check out the valve stems he took it home and had a issue with checking the tires, My husband drive up there to ask them a question, since we aren't too far away they came out to the house to find out what the issue was, there was something wrong with the our air hose. Very impressed with the customer service. Thank you!

I dropped off the first set of tires to be dismounted and new remounted and was so surprised at how quickly it was done that I went home and got the other 2 on the same day to get done. Wow excellent service as they were the 12” rims that are not easily to be mounted at times.
