The Store Mgr. & crew were very professional, knowledgeable & courteous! Service was excellent & being a retired Goodear store mgr. of 27 years, I know about these, things. They definitely have my business from now on!!

These guys are always here when we need them. They've rescued us more than once! The crew at Crismon & Baseline can be counted on!

They were willing to take a look and diagnose a problem and worked with me on the price when they knew it wouldn’t take a full hour. The fact that they were willing to do that meant the world to me. Times are tough and so is money. They were quick to get everything fixed even though I told them they could wait until the next day if needed. Everyone I talked to was extremely nice and they really did do an amazing job.

Would not have bought tires if not for them letting me know about their financing options and they gave me a great "offer I couldn't refuse" on tires.

As a mechanic I'm always skeptical of repair shop and I pretty much do all my own maintenance on my vehicles. I have to say every time I bring a vehicle here they surprise me, but in a good way. For the last 20 years I was a Discount tire customer. But project car I was working on needed tires, and I always try and support my local businesses so I brought it down to the new Big O and I bought some tires from Chris and it has been a great experience. Never any hassle or BS run around they seem to be very honest and straightforward to deal with. We now get our tires there and have had no issues what so ever.

I was met by Tucker almost immediately as I entered the store. He was very courteous and interested in helping me. I did not have an appointment since I was losing air from a tire. He addressed the issue immediately and squeezed me in. He solved my problem. I was able to converse about future needs for my car. He showed me his recommendations. This guy is incredible. Very rarely do I write a review but this guy is an asset to your company. Just a great guy and excellent knowledge about the store and what's the best for my car. The attitude of the store that was created by your employees was very positive. I did not get the girls name but I believe the other guy is Bradley. I observed how they treated the customers and it was a breath of fresh air. These guys are great!!!!

Bought 6 tire for my RV and just had my duramax serviced as well. Steve up front was outstanding! Very difficult to find service you can trust and i know. I was in the automobile industry myself for 25 plus years and know the difference between quality service and not. These guys get it done!

I went in with the need for two tires. Person helped me very quickly and I was out within the hour.

I had a shake in my steering wheel and they were able to fix it by balancing my tire.

Employees were professional and courteous and work was done correctly.

Just had a flat tire fixed but was treated like I was getting the works, I love how they tell just about how long before they can get you done and so far every time they been a little early (batting 100%)

Had an issue with tire in stock, but they found the leak and fixed it. They didn’t charge anything due to the mix up, great service and much appreciated.
