Big O Tires

I brought my wife's car in to have a tire repaired. We had picked up a nail somewhere and there was a slow leak in the left front tire. They repaired the tire promptly and didn't charge me anything for this service.

I appreciated Chris's ability and desire to facilitate the service I needed on my vehicle.

Friendly & knowledgeable staff

Everyone was friendly and contacted me with any updates as well as letting me know when my car was done. Love this location and the service. I'm glad they didn't come to my car to greet me but as soon as I walked in the door, I was asked "have you already been helped".

Pricing was fair service was excellent, very friendly staff. I believe that I found my new oil change place.

Tire light was on and the employee put air in tires & determined that I needed repair on one of the tires and they fixed it within 20 minutes. Great service and employee was very helpful and friendly.
