Fast service and the employees were very nice

Such a friendly group of workers and did so much work so fast! My car drives smoothe I havnt had any issues since! I will definitely recommend them to anyone!

A little tricky to get in and not have to wait two hours, but worth the price!

Big O tires is my favorite place to take my vehicle! All the workers are friendly kind and knew exactly what all the issues were and got my vehicle back to me very fast

The oil change went smoothly but looks like they didn't check the pressure on the tires, I had to add air to the front passenger tire myself because today, three days after oil change and tire rotation, the pressure was 20psi (tires I brought from them at the end of june this year).

I stared off by making an appointment online, for 11 am the next day. once i arrived there i was assisted immediately, me and the associate went over tire details for my vehicle as well with price i was comfortable with. he didn’t try to sell me something i wasn’t into. overall i had a great experience, will definitely return soon.

The tech explained and showed me the issues before performing the service. The service was quick and prompt.

Appt making was easy & fast. Friendly folks. Timing great. Coupon available I like, however, coupon says "install...oil change....". Then I was charged 9.99 for labor. The word "install" to me means that the oil would have been installed. Would like the coupon be totally clear.

I just know they went above and beyond especially the service tech working past hours to retrieve a part from another store so my car would be done the same day
