Big O in Lafayette always provides excellent products and service for a car price.

I had dropped in a few days earlier to check on a "low air" warning. Someone checked my tires and filled all, informing me that I should make an appointment to have one tire (my front left tire) checked for a slow leak. I made the appointment. I was seen very quickly and learned very quickly there was no problem. I was out in easily 20 minutes.

Less than an hour before this store was due to close I came by to get my tire pressure checked because a warning light had come on. Although they were very busy, they immediately checked my tires and found a screw in one of my tires. Matthew was so helpful and got the tire fixed and me out the door in a half hour so I didn't have to wake up to a flat tire before work the next morning. Will definitely be a return customer!

Needed a headlight. Called, popped in, was serviced and out the door in no time. Really appreciate it!

Although my initial greeting by Ed was a little Salty(he was upset at another service member) the rest of my service was as good as ever

I own several vehicles/trailers and have been a Lafayette, CA customer for several years. My service experience has been remarkably proficient and consistent over the years and my last visit was no exception. Specifically, they only recommend repair and/or tires when needed and on multiple occasions (last two visits included), I left the office without a charge for minor issues, even though they spent time on my vehicle. I will continue to use this location for all of my mechanical/tire needs and continue to recommend the Lafayette, CA office to others.

There is no sales pitch. The price quoted for the tire was included tax and everything, which mean no hidden cost. Marco at Lafayette Big O Tires was responsive and helpful. I feel that the staff was open and honest. It took them less than one hour for balancing and replacing one tire. I am very happy with the service.

The Continental tires I had on the car were no longer available. Jason the service writer suggested the Michelin's with a $70 rebate Chris Olson the service writer took care of me.

The level of technical expertise fo the staff is high, resulting in great advise on wheel and tire combinations. The service is just as good - always in and out as scheduled. No improvement suggestions - this is a professional service shop.

Every time I've visited the Lafayette store, everyone has been extremely friendly and very helpful, whether to purchase new tires, fix a flat, or even just to check the air.

The process from start to finish was very easy. I explained what I needed and was told what they could accomplish. I needed a new battery and was explained why and how much it would cost.
