Best store around. Made the mistake of going to another store once... only to learn that the customer service, quality and dedication of the BOT in Lafayette could not be matched.

Its nice to have a trusted car service close to home. I always feel treated with respect and courtesy which is not always the case as a woman in many auto shops.

I have been bringing my car in to the Big O store in Lafayette, CA for many, many years. The guys there are knowledgeable and friendly, and have always helped me out with whatever my questions or concerns were. The price of replacing a wheel bearing this time I thought was a bit high, but I am sure that it was according to whatever the standard times and prices for service were. And they gave me a discount for my car taking less time to be finished. Overall, Ed, and Jason, and Chris, and Marcos and Ryan and Jose and all of the people there have taken care of me and my car needs for a long time. My brother, who was a mechanic, is no longer around, so it is nice to be able to depend and trust the people that you take your car to.

I had a flat tire on the freeway near Lafayette so AAA towed me to this place immediately. Luckily they squeezed me in quickly and everything was done properly until I found a clicking sound soon after I got my car back. So I had to take my car to a big o near my house. They had to fix the problem. It would be great if you guys pay a little more attention to detail. This was the third time this happened with Big O Tires in the last 2years. If you don't test drive after repairs, I suggest you do. Other than that, I was very happy with Big O Tires.

I have a horrible experience at Wheel Works where they tried to upsell me on a lot of unnecessary car repairs. I know they were unnecessary because the next day I was having my car fully serviced and asked them to check on all of the things Whell Works said were in need of fixing. Everything was fine. Big O was easy. They found tires I would be happy with when consulting me about my driving needs. I will be returning to Big O with my other vehicles.

I've been coming to this Big O store for over 30 years. The staff always goes out of its way to help me out. I've never had a problem with any of the work they've done. I recommend this store to friends over other shops, including Big O stores, that are closer to their homes.

Easy appt for tire rotation as part of recommended maintenance when bought tires from Big O last year. Appt took even less time than thought, time enough to cross street grab a coffee and come back for car

My left rear tire went flat on highway 24 as I drove home from Berkeley to Danville. I had just enough air to make it to Big O on Mt Diablo at 4:55pm. The gentleman asked what I needed, I showed him the flat and with mo questions asked he said they would repair it for me even though they close at 5:30. 25 minutes later I was driving home with my flat repaired at no cost! I pays to get your tires at Big O! Not only are the tires a good quality at a decent price, but they take care of you afterward with tire rotations and flat repair! Thanks Big O! Tommy G

I came in to Lafayette Big O Tires a couple of days ago to fix a flat tire I had on my truck and they did a great job as always. Been going here 10+ years and have always been treated great! Staff was knowledgeable and took time to help me select tire and wheel set up that was right for my vehicle and achieved the look I wanted. Through the Order process they kept me updated and when all pieces arrived set up install appt. Very friendly and courteous.
