Big O Tires

My tire has blown out on the freeway so I needed immediate service. The team looked after me. They found me the most cost-effective tired and had it on within hours. I also got a ride back to my house which is not close.

Scheduling a tire rotation appointment was totally frictionless. The car was serviced in less than an hour and it was gratifying that it was a free service. When asked if we needed new windshield wipers, an inspection was provided and confirmed we didn't. This is the ultimate sign of integrity; having an opportunity to upsell a customer but having the credibility to say things looked fine (AND, changing blades in the dead of summer is not the optimal time to do so). A class act.

The entire team at the Lafayette Big O shop are 100% on top of their game. I have multiple cars, and would not take them anywhere else for tires, alignment, oil changes and minor mechanical repairs. Well done guy's!

The staff is friendly and considerate. My brake pads were ordered a head of my appointment so there would be little wait time. My car was ready and waiting for me when I returned. The biggest compliment I can give the guys at Big O, is that I trust them, completely. I highly recommend them.

Since moving to Lafayette three years ago, we have used Lafayette's Big O for service on both cars. Always friendly, always knowledgeable. Ryan is always patient with my questions! They offer what is necessary for my car, but never have they offered to do something that my car hasn't needed. If we ever leave Lafayette, I will bring my car here for its service...very happy customer!!
