Big O Tires

Great service, on time and very good communication!

I called and scheduled an appointment to bring my car in at 2 PM. I brought it in at 2 PM and they were ready for it. They said the car would be done in an hour and they would call me. They did exactly that.

Ryan and Curtis were right there with my concern (tire weights when the tires were balanced earlier in the day were making a click-click-click continuous sound when the car was moving). This has happened three or four times before and I have had to bring it back in right after the work was done to get it corrected. Ryan indicated that they would make a note on my file about the problem so as to avoid it happening in the future. I appreciated that a lot as otherwise I have to come back again and essentially take twice the time for balancing and rotating. I very much appreciated their attentiveness and concern. There was never any push back on what I was experiencing. This is the kind of customer centered service one expects from a service organization. This is from someone who consulted in the service industry for 25+ years. Nice to see in action. Good job, guys.

Always Excellent Service!: I have always appreciated the great service provided to me at Lafayette Big O Tires! Ed and all of his staff have always been great at helping me with all my needs from tires to brakes to oil changes. If I ever run over a screw or nail they have always fixed it promptly at no charge. They offer great service at a fair price which seems hard to find in this day and age. I have been going to their store for many years now and plan on doing so as long as I live in the area.
