Incredible customer service and an "above on beyond" attitude when helping me deal with an issue that another company screwed up. They documented everything for me with language and photos so I can go back to the other company a recoup my money.

Jason is AMAZING! He is positive and helpful and always willing to take on a difficult problem - i.e. I own a London cab and he has helped us throughout the years on all of our cars. Last year we moved from Lafayette to Oakland and would NOT consider going anywhere else for our car needs - that is until Jason and his team tell us it is something they do not specialize in. Jason is great but the whole team is fantastic as well. Just a positive experience EVERY TIME! I have recommended Lafayette Big O to many people. I feel that they have my interest in mind as well as the company's - they are honest and want the customer to get the deal that works for them. Above it asked if they offered me a credit card and I said No. I see that as a MAJOR positive! I do not want to be sold something I haven't asked for. I hate when every store asks me that when I buy something. It makes me want to just walk out and not buy whatever it is I am buying. Everyone by now knows there is a credit card offer likely available with a purchase discount when opened. We can ask for it ourselves.

As soon as I walked thru the door, I was helped. I needed new tires and right away with a quick click on the computer, my tires were available. Came in the following day 20 minutes before my appointment and wala, they started on my car. That's what you call service.

I had windshield wiper noise problems and he handled my problem without being pushy, and actually very nicely. I appreciated that he took into account my concern as well.

I need a tire repair due to a nail and a nail was found in a second tire and repaired while I waited.
