Excellent service, efficiency

My son’s car tire picked up a screw on the roadway and went flat overnight. I removed the wheel (with tire) and hustled it down to Big O on a Saturday morning. Although busy, they gladly took the tire; checked it out and plugged it for me. I got my tire back within a few hours later. Very pleased with the help and great service.

I have been going to Big O to service my cars for 17 years. I have always received excellent service, a fair price and the friendliest staff around. The know me by name when I walk in the door, they help me quickly so I can get on with my day and they communicate with me about the status of my repair. I can't imagine taking my cars anywhere else. Two days ago my son's new car had a flat tire after hours. We took the car to Big O and dropped the keys in the mail slot. We didn't leave a note or anything to identify the car. The next morning I received a call that the tire had been fixed and was ready to go. They actually found the registration for the car to know it was ours and fixed it without bothering me! I love this place!!

Big O, serviced the front brakes in Nov 2021. However, the front brakes started squeeking a few days ago. Big O, said the brakes were still under warranty, so they fixed the brakes for free. Also, they found that one of the front headlights was not working, so they replaced it... and only charged us for the part.

Have bought from the Lafayette store on two occasions now. Both painless and smooth transactions. Shopped via email with them this time. Got a next day spot-on response and an immediate installation appointment. Also waiting room wifi to kill the 2 installation and alignment hours productively.

Just a follow-up on the 2007 Lexus IS 250. Our Representative had asked if we did the 120,000 check and the answer is yes. Also, the spark plugs were changed out. Could you please put this information in our file. Thank you Walton Luke

Fast service and great work had me out in less then an hour

I honestly expected them to come back with a list of things I needed to get done so they could charge me more. Didn't happen. I Thought the oil would be more because it's synthetic. I thought it would take much longer. Very quickly done. I thought the intake would be a hassle. NOT. I was so happy with how my car felt afterwards. They rotated the tires. And obviously put air in them. NO CHARGE. Everything was perfect.

The staff at Big-0 were so helpful and pleasant to deal with. I had a small issue to deal with but they treated me like it was the most important customer ever.

The scheduling was easy. The associates explained a variety of wheel alignment warranties. The price was reasonable. I have a BMW and they are constantly telling me I need tires and alignment. I have found that big o has the same services at a fraction of the price of the dealer. I very much appreciate having a Big O in Lafayette. I have taken all of my cars there for the last decade. Please thank the nice men that worked with me. I don't remember their names. Also... Thank the men behind the scenes doing the work.

I took my grand daughter's car to the local Big O store for a tire rotation. They said they'd be done in an hour. They called me in twenty minutes to say the car was done. The wheels had not only been rotated, but balanced as well, and there was no charge.

Personnel very considerate and communicative. Excellent customer service. Im looked after very well. All the help and suggestions I need.

Lafayette Big O tires is the real deal. Four new tires and I asked about noise coming from front brakes. They test drove and removed a leaf. Yes, I know, hard to believe! Noise gone now and explained. Highly recommend and thank you!!

Associate Ryan was extremely helpful both on the telephone and in person. He listened to what I said and made recommendations. I told him I thought I needed four new tires. After looking at my tires he told me that two were still in good condition and that my alignment warranty was still in effect. I like that he was honest and did not try to sell me more than I needed. He is an asset to your organization.

Needed a last minute flat fix and they accommodated with a smile on Xmas eve
