Big O Tires

I have been going to Big O tires for a number of years and now bring all my cars there for tires and services as well. A great professional team to work with. Jason is my contact there and has always been great.

I'm a big fan and customer of Big O for years now. They are always courteous and kind on the phone when I call to make an appointment, and never try to "upsell" me on other maintenance I might need. I actually had an exchange with Ed one time in which I was quoted a much lower price for some maintenance, and he matched it - no questions asked. I especially love the attention I get when I inadvertently run over a nail and need a quick patch. "Bring it in...we'll take care of it for free in no time" is what I hear! Its unfortunate that I've run over more than my fair share of nails in my lifetime, but a good feeling when you know the folks at Big O in Lafayette will take care of it for you. Great customer service will have me coming back for years. Keep it up fellas!
