Came in with a deflated tire, no appointment. Service staff examined tire immediately and were willing to work on it as soon as they could fit it in. Within 1 hour tire was repaired, minimal charge, efficient payment and departure.

Jason, the customer service person was excellent from beginning to end. He kept me informed about what was happening with my claim, and was there at the end to check me out.....OUTSTANDING.

Customer Representative was knowledgeable, friendly,and explained what future service I would probably need at the next visit in 5000 miles.

Got a flat tire, and used my tire insurance, so the repair was FREE!!! Quick turnaround and great service!
