Big O Tires

I have 5 cars and bring all of them exclusively to the Big-O Lafayetter store. I generally deal with Jason who does a great job for me every time - this is no exception. I am in and out on time...and like it a lot that you clean my wheels! Nice touch thank you. You have earned my business forever.

I always receive the best service --whether it is having air put in the tires, new tires or just a "please check my oil". All personnel are friendly and helpful, and tolerant of this "little old lady".

The person I talked to was very specific and he explained everything did not try to sell me something I did not need told me I had time left on my tires explained what I needed next. In the past I had questions that were not answered to my satisfaction this time everything was very good and helpful on other words a 10

The associates are always very clear in their explanations and their time estimates of service. The waiting room is clean. I love how tire repairs are no extra charge if you buy the tires at Big O. I also appreciate that I feel respected as a female customer. Great job at this location.

The store is great

I walked in to ask about tire replacements and Jason explained what I needed and commented that my tires had not been rotated on maintenance checks(!) which I get elsewhere. Printed out the recommendations for me to think about; no heavy handed sales effort at all. I called the same day just before closing time and Jason was gone for the day but someone else was wonderful about setting the transaction and appointment up. The job was ontime. Cannot believe what nice people work at the counters. They treat everyone really well. A pleasure to deal with! I will switch my maintenance service to Big O
