I made an appointment to have my tires rotated and a flat repair; they took care of everything I a timely manner.

Easy to appoint, drop off, and wait in clean comfortable area. Out on time at reasonable price. Staff well kempt and professional.

Great work! Always go to them first for any car needs. I've been told I needed some kind of car work by other companies and had a second opinion from Big O and was told everything is fine and certainly didn't need to have any additional work done on my car, at that time.

I like to support local businesses and even though i was having tires mounted for a race car and the head guy usually uses another tire shop in Lafayette, I used Big o because I take my 4 personal cars there because i find them personable, reliable and competitive on price.

When I'm being serviced by the owner, Ed Anderson, I know I'm always receiving top notch service. Both he and his staff are smart, reliable, and able to diagnose issues w/ my car.
