The staff is knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly. The pricing is competitive (even cheaper than Tire Rack) and they were able to get the tires the very next day. They also put away my jack, lug wrench, lock key, and spare tire where everything belongs, leaving things nice and tidy. There's a reason that I've purchased at least 5 sets of tires from Big O in Lafayette, CA!

Jason took outstanding care of me, including driving 3 hours on a Saturday to get me new wheels because the ones that came in were scratched and not right. He went above and beyond to get me a great wheel on the day of service I had scheduled. He guided me to a great wheel/tire setup for my truck and helped me get it all caught up on the service that was overdue. This is now my go-to shop!

Everything was top of the line in and out in great time it was great

They squeezed me in to the schedule because I had a bad bearing on my left front tire. They realized I had some tie rod issues also and got it all repaired the same day
