Big O Tires

Did not visit the store this time. Dropped off early and picked up late. Guys were courteous over the phone and met all my expectations.

Had front brake pads and rotors replaced. Because they had checked them when I put on new tires last year they new which brakes were worn and were able to make sure parts were available in advance. Meant they had the car done sooner than expected.

Super simple & responsive.

I’ve been coming to Big O in Lafayette since I bought my first car in 1980. I continue to come back because they do a good job for a reasonable price, and I believe that Big O-brand tires are a good value. For this specific visit, the staff that served me were friendly, courteous, and communicative (very important to me). The work was completed on time (slightly early, actually).

My service advisor recommended tires that work well for me. The store was ready for me at my appointment time. Service was provided in a reasonable time. I was called at my preferred phone number when the car was ready.
