I have been a long time customer because I get good and honest service.

It seems to me Ed has been in your store for as long as I and my wife have been coming in. He is knowledgable and up front with his explanations. Is honest and does not try to upsell when he easily could.

We were involved in an accident that flattened two tires, there response and clarity was very relieving and very timely and clear.

We have lived in Lafayette for over 30 years. The folks at Big O are the BEST. Big O has helped us with tires for our family's four cars and boat trailer. They are very upfront and knowledgeable. When I asked about the tread on our Suburban snow tires, they said it was safe for another 3,000 miles. I highly recommend Big O in Lafayette.

I spoke with Chris about the door latch handle replacement on my older Suburban. He was very professional, told me he would order one and then called me back to schedule an appointment to have it installed. I made the appointment, left my vehicle and the service was completed by early afternoon on the same day. I have always had a good experience with the Big O Tire store in Lafayette, CA. I think of them first whenever I need service on any of my vehicles.

Had a wheel that was 'overnighted', but due to supply chain issues it was almost 2 weeks before the wheel arrived. The associates, Jason specifically, kept me in the loop and communicated with me almost daily to let me know the shipping status and my available options. Even though this is a high volume, stressful time of the year, I appreciated the efforts the BigO service people went to to make me feel like a priority.

Jason was thorough, knowledgeable and went the extra mile.

Repaired a flat tire at no charge on the same day I brought in the truck.

Had a front end clacking sound. They discovered it was the upper strut mounts, which they had installed over a year ago. No problem, fixed them for me at no charge, quality customer service.
