Everything was handled as promised. My only dissatisfaction stems from the fact that I had a book that I had just started reading while waiting, and got deeply into it. They finished so soon, I had to stop reading at a crucial point in the book! The Big O people were great. I checked "neither satisfied nor dissatisfied" with regard to price being explained, simply because I never asked about price. I trusted them to treat me well, and they did indeed. I will definitely go back. I am a many-time returning customer of this store.
