Big O Tires

I have a couple other Big-O places closer to me but I always got to these guys when I first landed out here in Lafayette from the northeast. Honest on the repairs and better than fair on the pricing, I go here for my 2008 9-3 which is closing in on 80k miles. Over last three years have done tires, brakes, batteries, wipers, filters, and oil changes and every visit has been superb. And when my Benz hits 36k, it will become the next patient. These guys are THAT good.

they checked out my tires and filled them. when the leak recurred, they scheduled a fix. They fixed the leak gratis.

Even though we were initially incorrectly charged for a warrantied replacement Big O branded tire (instead of just installation costs), as soon as we brought this to their attention, they apologized and corrected the mistake promptly.
