The rep explained the issue with car and it to addressed my original concern.

There seems to be a good continuity with the staff. It's nice to see familiar faces every time I go in. And I've never had any kind of difficulties in dealing with them.

I had an oil change. I thought every oil change included an alignment but was told I'd have to ask for that when making the appt. I wish they would've asked me when I made my appt. if I wanted the alignment. Also, after I left, I drive to work and had a call from Big O that they had forgotten to put the oil cap back on and could I come back. They were apologetic. I asked them to come to me and they were accommodating and took care of it within a half hour.

Staff were friendly and professional. My appointment started right on time and they were fast & efficient installing my tire. I waited for it expecting at least one hour and it was much faster than that! Price was good too.
