Big O Tires

always great service.: I had a bolt in my tire and the fellows at Big O in Lafayette fixed it for me in no time. I have been going to this franchise for years and have always received excellent service on all my needs.

My situation was that I had a blown tire on my way home from SF, and had to be towed to my local Big O late at night. So I did not have an appointment. I left my key in the drop box in the packet, and received a call immediately the next morning. My car was attended to promptly, and I was able to pick it up that afternoon, which made me very happy.

End of the day I walked in and they were very accommodating and professional!!

Very helpful and professional crew here! They picked out best tires to meet my needs and budget. I returned a couple of days later to try an oil change. The representative found a coupon to help with the price- very reasonable, they didn't try to up sell me any other services and they balanced the front (previously used) tires to help me! What a great place! Thank you, Big O-I will be back.
