Good fast service

It was easy and the people were friendly. Tire replacement is one of those things no one wants to deal with (like visiting the dentist) but something that needs to be done. Good experience and appreciate the hard work.

I came in on 8/10/18. I had just realized that I had a nail in my rear back tire. It was 5:15 and the store closed at 5:30 p.m. and the friendly associate Ryan at the Mt. Diablo in Lafayette, Ca. location kindly told me that they could take the nail out and patch it for me right there and then. I was so happy with the service. We have been doing business with this Big O since 2008. Everyone is friendly, helpful and honest. We recommend this business all the time and have even posted it on NextDoor. Staff made sure I understood why it was time to buy new tires and ordered them in from the warehouse. Also checked another brand, told me it was more expensive than the 1 for 1 replacements and it would be overkill for my vehicle. So, no need to spend more money.

They took me in at my appointment time, did the work I asked and even more, like replacing a taillight bulb I didn't know was out, and sent me on my way. I have had a lot of work done there, and it has always been done well.

The overall experience at this Big O location is all you could ask for. Professional and courteous service representatives, timely completion of work, ease in the appointment process. This is my third service at this location and I will go nowhere else in the future. And I'm a fulltime rideshare driver, so that's high marks coming from me!!

I have been to the Big O Tires on Mount Diablo a few different times now since I moved here in November. Each time, they've been able to clearly walk me through the process of what's being done, they have clearly communicated pricing, and they have always kept me updated on the overall status of my car. I moved from Colorado and went to Big O out there prior to coming here. I was always impressed so I thought I'd keep visiting. I have to say I am not disappointed. I plan to visit again in the next few weeks to get my alignment checked. The guys here are friendly and quick! Couldn't ask for better service.

Anxious that I had an oil leak, I drove in, was greeted immediately by Ryan and my anxiety decreased immediately. In 20 minutes without an appt, I was in and out, oil and tires checked...,no charge! All is well and once again, my car will never be serviced elsewhere! Thank you!

Great call setting appointment. Friendly people that sourced out of stock tires that another store (not big o) told me to just keep calling to see if they were in stock. They called to confirm receipt of tires before appointment. Great to deal with day of. You all have my business from here on.
