Big O Tires

I was given the bad news that I needed 4 new tires, but my service rep came up with the replacements, which he had in stock. I was out the door in two and a half hours with a wheel alignment and 4 new tires at a fair price.

Tire repair at last minute on busy day. They got the job done!

Shout out to Jason Kish and Craig Anderson for skillfully handling both of my cars this past week. My BMW needed a tow for a run flat tire replacement. Craig had previously done the diagnostics, placed the correct tire on hold and set up the appointment. The tow truck arrived at Big O after closing at 5:35 PM. But Jason was still there and checked the vehicle in. My car was ready for pick up as promised early the next morning. My son drove me to pick up my car and we discussed an outstanding issue on his car. Jason volunteered to start on his car immediately. The car needed more service than time allowed so it stayed overnight. My son got to try the shuttle pick up service the next day to retrieve his car. Thank you for a job well done on both vehicles.

This is the best place to go for routine car maintenance--and much less expensive than the dealer. Also got a nail removed from a slow-leak tire and a patch, at no extra charge because I bought the tires from Big O!
