I've gone to big O tires for almost 20 years and every car I've owned, I replace tires with themin Lafayette California. I made the mistake of getting new tires at the dealership and will never do it again. I also trust them with my breaks as well as my oil change.

They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it.

I recently (2 months ago) purchased two new tires and brought in to check one. Miscommunication on the issue led to me leaving my car and additional work to be done on specialized rim to address the wheel.
