They fixed a tire for me last week.I scheduled an appointment and they were on time.

I've been taking my vehicle to this location for all it's service and tires for some time, I trust the people and they work they do, and now take my son's truck here as well.

I had a flat tire and they were very helpful and did it in a timely manner.

I have been using the Lafayette, California Big O Tires store since I moved here 13 years ago. It is simply one of the best customer service experiences that I have with any store I go to. It’s easy to get an appointment, and I’ve been coming for so long, I feel like the store always goes the extra mile for me. And also something that’s really important with the car service place, I feel like they’re honest and accurate with my car problems. I never buy the service contracts with the dealership because I go to Big O Tires.

Big O has been taking care of our families' vehicles for years and years.Always feel safer when we leave.Great service!

Thankfully, last week I received an e-mail stating that it was time to rotate my tires. I can never remember when car things need to be done. A few days later I received an e-mail including a special for both rotating my tires and an oil change.I knew that an oil change was needed, so was very glad to receive this. While there they as always checked my tires, my brakes etc. Thank you!

I switched to the Lafayette Big O a couple years ago and have been very happy with the service and attention. The staff seems to stay consistent (not much turn over) at the check-in, and are fun to work with. They don't try to sell me extra services that are not needed and are careful to let me know when something is needed (including cost and realistic timelines for getting a fix). I feel I can trust what they are telling me, and they take pride in their work.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Service was quick and efficient. I asked about checking the brake fluid and was told that all fluids would be checked. I appreciate that kind of service.

Jason got me an appt same day to get my tire fixed and I was out the door within 35 minutes, no charge!!

Online scheduling was simple, staff was courteous, and the entire process was an painless as it could be. The only thing that would make it better would be if they came to my house to do the work!
