I was told they do all the maintenance and service work that the dealer does. With shuttle service and excellent customer service they are my shop for everything now.

Chris Olsen is the best guy in the Bay Area for tire knowledge and overall car service. I wish I had a guy like that as a operations manager for my company. I refer this location over 30k in sales because he is there and know that the combination of big o brand with chris experience I have never heard a bad report from anyone I refer there. Thanks jeb

I go out of my way to take my car to Big O Lafayette. I first visited at a friend's suggestion and I haven't tried any of the ones closer to home. I really feel like they take care of my vehicle. Last service was oil change/rotation...and I asked for a new battery and new wiper blades. The only issue I have is sometimes they can be abrupt on the phone when I call to make an appointment. The guys are understandably busy.

We had a flat. They not only repaired it fast but also checked the other tires and found a nail in one of them. They fixed that too.

I've been taking all my vehicles to Big O in Lafayette for years and have always been very pleased. Just had new brakes and rotors put on my wife's car last week and it rolls and stops like new.

I had my tires rotated and oil changed. They were fast and the service was great. They applied a coupon to my bill without my prior knowledge of the available discount. I definitely recommend this Big O Tires store.

I had a punctured tire that needed to be repaired. Getting it done at Big O was very smooth, from scheduling an appointment to driving away satisfied. The price was also very reasonable.
