Friendly service and timely & prompt time yo complete

I came in for a simple oil change and tire rotation and found out I needed a new radiator and a/c belts, etc. My engine had never overheated so I had no idea there was a problem. I was glad that they could order parts immediately and get me out by closing time at 4:30 pm on Saturday. They were very courteous and explained things well and I trust the work that this Big-O does on my car. I also like it that the employees have been there a long time so I recognize them and am not constantly dealing with a new person. I don't expect to be met at my car and the credit card applications are on the table so I don't need to be asked about that.

Easy to schedule appointment. Ready and waiting when I arrived. Came out to car when I arrived. Done on time. Easy checkout.

Jason snd Chris very helpful explaining a few thing to me . I drive about 45 miles as the big o on Brentwood is terrible . Put air in my totes when I use nitro and asked me what kind of oil to put in !!! Really 🙀

I came to have routine tire rotation since I was traveling to Tahoe in snowy conditions. I bought my snow/mud tires there and so this a great service. While there I had them change my wiper blades. I received excellent service with Ryan. I would highly recommend this Big O for tires as well as brakes and oil changes.

tire had a nail in it. dropped off tire with associate. returned at scheduled time and they put the tire on and spare back underneath vehicle.

Ed and his team went above and beyond the routine oil change for my Suburban on Tuesday.With my permission, theywanted to further inspect the source of fluid on my radiator.Although no further problem was detected,they performed this extra inspection at no charge and provided a shuttle home so I couldwork from home.I truly appreciate their attention to detailand their 10 years ofservicing my truck that is running well at 262,000 miles.
