Made an appointment, car was taken withing three minutes after arrival. oil change and tire rotation done within 25 minutes. Totally professional and pleasant experience.

Brought two cars in for two very different specialized tire and alignment needs. Both vehicles were evaluated, options discussed, estimates given and appointments for work discussed. When vehicles were brought in for the work to be completed, service was efficient and completed as promised. Highly recommended Big O store location.

We had no appointment but took a chance on dropping the vehicle at 8 a.m. I received a call that the part would not come in until afternoon and the car would be ready later in the day. An hour or so later, they called to say the part came in early and the car was ready. Can't beat that!
