Routine oil change and tire rotation including multi-point inspection completed. After discussing the vehicle's "watch list", Ed Anderson completed a more thorough evaluation of the watch list as requested. Thank you for the extra attention to detail and advice.

I have been a Big O customer for 20+ years for both of my cars and very satisfied with service and reasonableness of prices.

I've been going to Lafayette Big O for several years. They are always professional and courteous. I wouldn't go anywhere else for tires.

The Big O in Lafayette must be the best location in the world. I can imagine it getting any better for service, results, and speed. That crew is simply the best.

I will have to drive my "J30" for awhile to know if work re. Alternator replacement is A OK. As long as my car keeps running well I will be very satisfied. Ryan took good care of me and thanks to Matthew for driving me home . Barbara Winter

The guys at Big O are great! Efficient, friendly, and communicative. I got my oil changed yesterday and they were so fast! A couple months back I got some new tires, and they made the process so easy. I need two more tires here soon. I will definitely be coming back to Big O in Lafayette.

It was very easy to make an appointment for a tire rotation. The friendly customer service representative greeted me immediately. Took care of the job while I waited. Also provided me with a quote for tires for another vehicle. I received outstanding service.

They got me in when they were already full for the day and stayed late until the job was done. Ed the owner obviously takes pride in his shop and the services it provides.
