The well-kept Lafayette location operates like clockwork. Appointments, follow-up and service delivery are all seamless. It is in an exceptionally safe community that's easily walkable to my home and a bit over a mile from the BART (metro train) station, so I don't need to coordinate transportation or wait around. The team provides reasonable maintenance recommendations without gratuitous upselling. Its an all-around excellent establishment.
