Big O has been taking care of all of our cars' maintenance, as well as brakes, and tires, and mostly anything else that comes up. I trust them not to oversell, and to do a good job.

As always Big O tires of Lafayette is the best. Great service. I went in w/ o appt and they were able to get me in for oil change & tire rotation. However a brake job seems pricey so I passed on it.

I came in with a flat tire. I did not have an appointment but they helped me immediately. My front desk person was kind and very helpful

I asked for one on sale or rebate that would equal the manufacturer originals. I got great service and a great deal.

Appreciate the tire advice. The Michelin tires I bought on your recommendation, are the quietest I have ever owned in my 35 years of driving. The fact that they are Mud + Snow (M+S) rated is another bonus!

You guys really helped me out. My daughters car had been "serviced"� at the Oakland Big O, and your manager, Jason went out of his way to to help remedy the issue with the Oakland Big O service or lack thereof. My daughters car was returned to us promptly despite setbacks, and she drove out of the Lafayette Big O very happy. I am a regular customer, because every time, I get friendly responsive service. I get an alert if it looks like service might be needed soon (like an upcoming brake job), but they always ask before doing anything extra. I am positive that performing service regularly extends the life of my car, and they make it pleasant to do so.
