Excellent experience

I had a problem with fluid leaking from my car and was nervous about taking it to a regular mechanic. Since I usually get my maintenance done at Big O and trust them, I took the vehicle there so that I would have an idea of what was wrong when I took it to a regular mechanic. They found it was a bad oil filter seal, not only did they replace the seal but they replaced the oil filter, topped off the oil and cleaned up the entire engine bay FOR FREE!. They said that since they were the last people to change the oil, it was there responsibility even though the oil change had been more than a year and 9000 miles ago. I would never go anywhere else. I tell all my friends that Big O is the best place to get their cars maintained especially BMWs! Everyone there is knowledgeable and kind which is rare in the automotive maintenance industry. Big O for the win! Thank you.

I've taken my last two cars to Big O Tires in Lafayette, and have always had good service. The services performed on my car have always been quick and efficient, and I have never had an issue with communication; they have always called as soon as my car is ready to pick up. They have always explained the services performed on my car, and have been up front with what services should be performed and what services can wait if I can not have them all done at the same time. I'm very pleased with their service and I would recommend anyone to them.

Best customer service and value of any retailer

I love Big O! I come here with both of my cars for everything, not just tires, but oil changes, brakes, alignment, etc. They are fair and honest, if your car doesn't need it they won't talk you in to it. The management must be doing something right too because I always see the same guys working there every time I come in to get service (and I've been coming for 5 years now). Happy employees are a sure sign of a reputable business.

They do a good hob at this Store. Some of the the new guys are very nice and have good manners . Some of the guys who have been there for a while are not as polished in dealing with customers but they are ok. I have been going to this place for years. The prices are competitive and they provide the free rotation, flat repair and tire air check up for free . Based on my experiences and the ones from other people I know , it appears that the big problems are always blamed on the customer and they do not seem to sympathetic to fight it out with the manufacturers. For example , a set of tires wears too soon, blame it on the lack of alignment and buy a new tires. A tire blows up, it may be the customer fault , buy a new tire. I do not know of a case when poor manufacturing or lack of quality is the culprit . the location is convinient. All tire shops are about the same when it comes to customer dealings so this is convenient and overall very good.

I needed to drop my husband off at the Dentist for oral surgery prior to going to Big O. We planned a long distance vacation trip and wanted to evaluate the tires first. The salesperson was knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. He recommended that all four tires be replaced with quality tires. Since I was under a time constraint to pick up my husband after surgery, they were able to get me out of there in a timely fashion. My husband and I both noticed there was much improvement to ride -- much smoother and with better control. Thank you so much for a good experience purchasing tires and the renewed sense of safety for our planned long distance driving.
