Big O is cl;ose to home and has always been there for me. Bi O has picked me up and driven me home when needed. I am happy to know "where to go" when my car needs good service. Also the reference to Diable Service was right on. Thanks, Ed and Company.

I have been a customer for over 30 years, I have never been disappointed, excellent service from Ed and the team.

I called on Friday the 12th to make and appointment for the 20th and Eric asked me if I wanted to bring my vehicle in tomorrow the 13th instead, he said I could bring it by around 9am and he would make sure the service was completed by the end of the day. Excellent next day service.

This is the 3rd time I have purchase tires from Big O in Lafayette and I would not go anywhere else. The service is exemplary, the guys behind the counter are always so friendly and helpful. The prices are competitive and the service is always done on time. Plus you have the benefit of going to any Big O if you ever have a problem with your tires. Even though I probably should have replaced my tires when I was on a road trip in Idaho, I waited until I was back to Lafayette because I wanted to buy them from this Big O.

I set the appointment with the franchise owner who got me in for the appointment even though they were busy today. The staff is super friendly and always professional. My truck was done as promised and actually earlier. Everything was cleaned and sanitized for the COVID protocols. Great location and i've been going there for 20 years for several cars and trucks.

Always use this location for service. I am treated respectfully and my questions are answered properly.

The car needed service to the tire pressure monitoring system. The work was accomplished well and the system now works well.
