Ease of service scheduling

Jason was great in getting me quoted and scheduling my service. The whole staff was awesome and the process was seamless.

I was able to book an appointment very easily at the time that I preferred. They gave me good information about leaving the car the night before and were exactly accurate when it came to the length of the time the service would take. The car was promised in one hour and was delivered in one hour.

This is the best Big-O I've tried, and there have been many. Well worth driving a few extra miles to get such good service. Taking my other car in tomorrow.

I'm always happy with how I'm treated and how easy it is to have things done at Big-O. I had asked for an estimate of how much it would cost to have my struts done since I was told by a different mechanic that they are shot but haven't received that yet so if you could email me that information I would be grateful. I love Big O Tires! Friendly staff that can explain auto repairs in simplistic terms in necessary. They actually want to help cut down costs and are so efficient. Once I learned the Big O wasn't all about just tires, I have all my car service needs done there.

The scheduling was easy, the service was efficient and friendly, and I didn't feel like they were attempting to sell me anything.

Tech checked tires-found a nail in one tire. We were told it would be ready in an hour.

The Customer Service Technician took the time to explain the recommendation for service. He explained the function of the rotors and why mine might have worn as badly as they did. He also educated me with regards to the quality of the tire choices available. The service took less time and I was able to pick up my car in the early afternoon.

Service team and master mechanic helped me out on a Ford 350 Super Duty. Liked the service and kmowledge he had on trucks. Will return for tires and service again.

I thought I had a tire leak. It turns out I didn't but the technician spotted another issue, which they handled.

After using 3 other tire/brake folks I first came to BigO in Lafayette maybe 25 years ago. The consistency in both service and product has brought me back again and again. Two cars new tires, one of them with a brake job.

Jason and Chris took care of my car ! They are both knowledgeable and honest , I drive 45 minutes to get to Lafayette because of the great service . I moved but the drive is worth it , thanks guys
