I always go to Big O in Lafayette for my tire needs, whether it be purchasing new tires, or tire service. Super friendly staff, knowledgeable, efficient, and great technicians in back.

The service was actually done on 4 Aug 2014. Defective AAA battery. Replaced.

Easy to book appointment, drop off car, followed by great service at a reasonable price.

If I were offered a complimentary alignment I would have had it done. Aside from that, the service, professionalism and knowledge of the staff was A 1 . I would go back for other services and be confident it would done correctly and with respect for the clients you go there with

I think big o is very good most of the time but sometimes I think you can improve your communication with your costomers just need to take a little more time and explain things a little better
