Big O Tires

When I booked a 9:30 appointment, I didn't realize there was a 4 hour backlog for alignment services. But I was given a courtesy ride and pickup.

Car needed a higher rated snow tire, just purchased car. It was decided to go with a snow tire for the winter season and put back on the street tires in summer due to the high amount of driving we do in the snow. This was a new 2020 Mercedes GLE 350 All Wheel drive with 21" tires, low profile and wider on the rear.

Everything went smooth as always. I wish they clean the rims after installing tires. They always leave a ton of smeared dirt that is hard to get off."�

Good price for basic oil change and tire rotation. Took a lot longer than I expected. Usually takes about 45 minutes. Took two hours.

Ryan is always helpful and knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Work is done on a timely basis, and with one exception over the last year or two, done well.

The team at my local Big O know who I am (or at least pretend to know who I am!) based off of my telephone number. They get right to the point, always for me into the day’s schedule and deliver quality service at an affordable price. I’ve stopped taking my vehicles to their respective dealerships for “excellent service” because I already get that at Big O, the price is always a little cheaper, and the ease of working with the team is top drawer! Seriously the Lafayette CA store is doing something right. Give them all raises I say!

My questions about the type of tires with regards to my request were answered with professional responce's and the fact they were able to provide them rapidly was well appreciated. I had initially requested an afternoon apointment but my schedule changed and Jason was able to move it up and had the job done in 1.5 hours!! The new Michelin tires on my truck are everything Jason said. I will continue to use #5003 Big O tire store for all my personal and business needs. Not only do your technicians excel in there abilty but the service desk personnel are knowledgeble and respectful.. Always a pleasure to do business with them...Thanks Guys!!

Jason is incredible! Makes the whole process easy. I wish the pricing was competitive with tire rack. The road hazard was not included ($100extra) vs included with tire rack.

Fast service, and great communication from technicians about the estimated timeline and updates on service. Checkout was quick and easy!

The tires had to ordered so ran on a spare for the weekend. The 4 new tires were put on but after leaving noticed that they had not been checked for the correct air...they all had 41 lbs. in them where the fronts were supposed to be 33 and the backs 39
