Service was as advertised and timelyperformed.

I went in knowing what I wanted, so they didn't even try to offer me extra services. They ordered my tires because they weren't in stock (no problem with that). Had to call to see if the tires were in, though. Wished they'd called me when they arrived. Other than that very trivial thing, it was an excellent experience and I would definitely go back again.

The experience was all about getting as much money out of the transaction as possible! I thought the transaction was going to cost $117 but it cost $170. The alignment cost was way more expensive than the value!

Very efficient and friendly service

Fixed my issue at the estimated cost. It just took longer than initially communicated probably because it was a lower costing job. I experienced long holds when I called to check on the status of my vehicle. When I did talk to a representative I was made to feel like I was bothering them.

Initially mediocre customer service on a phone call. Abrupt. When I visited the store and was told I had to come back in the morning because my tires weren't on location, the owner/manager stepped in and fast-tracked my service to same day. Also, when asking if I could arrange a ride for the following morning via phone with the same gentleman, was told I had to call back in the morning. Seemed an unnecessary inconvenience. He seems like a nice and decently intended and nice guy but could use a bit of feedback to improve his customer demeanor. Do not want to get him in trouble but wanted to give him feedback so he can improve. Seems truly knowledgable about the specifics of the job and for that, I was grateful. Just needs to work on his delivery a bit and he will be a superstar! Hopefully no hard feelings. Will provide name of the technician, if you put a gun to my head. :)

Jason at Lafayette Big O always is a pleasure. Explains all mechanical problems with me. He and all employees here are cheerful and make your experience not so difficult. Lets me know how my Truck is progressing as I wait. I have been a customer since 2002 and always will be.

Great staff and work was done on time and at a fair price. Only small concern is crowded parking lot due to sharing space with other businesses, but not a problem at all!
