Hello, and thank you for sending out this survey. I want to tell you that we have been coming to Big O in Lafayette for years with all of our cars. Service and product have always been exceptional, but lately, not so much. One of your service employees named Matt has helped in some way on our last two visits and has been less than a pleasure to work with. For someone like me who does not know about cars, he comes across as condescending and arrogant, bordering on rude, to be honest. Your other staff members are friendly and help me to understand the issues with my cars. Matt made me feel dumb and uncomfortable and I am a confident, friendly person with two graduate degrees. My 20-year-old daughter came in to pick-up our car (her first time at Big-O) and she came home with the same story not knowing of my previous experiences. She said "please don't ever make me do that again". I also believe that two visits ago, Matt tried to get me to replace my brakes and when I called back to discuss the repair because I thought it seemed excessive, another service man said that was not necessary and made another suggestion. For the first time ever, I questioned the business practices at your store. I don't believe I have ever written a letter like this before and called someone out - I always give people the benefit of the doubt as we all have bad days. But for Matt, Customer Service may not be the best position for him at Big O. Thanks for listening. I will be returning to Big O but will ask for Ed or someone else to help me.

Called at the end of the day and was able to get an appt first thing the next morning. Price was clearly communicated. Service took less than an hour even though I didn’t stay and wait for my vehicle. The staff is always very knowledgeable and kind. We’ve brought about 6 cars into this location for service consistently.

Good for what they are able to do. I had a problem with losing power intermittently when I accelerate which Big O was not able to fix because their Lexus diagnostic equipment would not work so had to take to dealer. But very efficient for the rest of the service and I will be going back.

Every time I make an appointment with big O tires Jason and Anna staff are attentive to all my needs and also work with any referrals as if it were me. Very satisfied with my Lafayette California big O tires

When I made my appointment I was told that it's confusing to find vehicles in the system when wives have different last names than their husbands. That was offensive to me. When I came in for my appointment, I received the same attitude about my name being different than my husband's. There's no reason for the rep to make any comments about wives' and husbands' last names. It's not relevant to the service I was asking to have.

I made the initial appointment over the phone. The associate scheduled me for the same afternoon. When I arrived to check in I was greeted immediately and the associate explained that the service (rotation) would take up to 45-60 minutes. I elected to wait and the job actually took less than 30 minutes. The associate briefed me on the inspection of the struts which they also conducted. I was very pleased with the service and attention I recieved at this shop and I will be returning for all my tire and battery needs.

I was only shown one of my tires and would have liked to see all them before I decided to replace all 4. Now, I will never know if the others looked bad in the center section. The Lexus dealer told they put new tires on when I bought the car 17,000 miles earlier.

Your coupon that was mailed out was for 20 off maintience and was told that alignment is service and would not count. During my time there I overheard several interactions with customers and I would say that it wasn't always nice but rather gruff.
