I went for a oil change and that was fine I ask to look at my brake lights which they changed three weeks ago and they showed burned out when I picked the car and left the brake lights still showed malfunction on the computer I also asked to have a door seal looked at and this was not done just overlooked maybe I have always had very good service here so won't effect my opinion this time hope that next time is better

The front desk checked me in on time and my car was ready in the promised hour time frame but when I got back in my car, some snacks I had in my console had been taken out & left on the seat. At the time it wasn't a big deal; however, when I was driving home, I could hear something rattling around in the car. I found the wheel lock rolling around in my glove box (not where it had been originally stored) and in the back of my car, a tool had been pulled out of the wheel well, left on the mat and the jack was not put back properly so the back liner was sloped and my things were sliding around. Unprofessional and sloppy finish to my oil change.

I had a 9:00 appointment. I asked that I would have to leave at 10:00, was that a problem? I got a non comment attitude. The car was completed at 10:20, without any reason why!!! I missed my appointment.

We had bought tires some time ago and I called because one of the tire pressure was low. They brought the car right in and fixed a nail in the tire. No charge! Very satisfied

Overall my experience was good. However, I was taken aback when I arrived home to find a center cap missing off my truck. I returned to the shop to see if it was there. A few guys did try to look for a few minutes. I was asked if I was sure it wasn't missing before, of course I'm sure it my truck. Then I noticed the main guy who was helping me look moved onto something else with out any closure. It was odd I was left just standing around until I approached and said don't worry about it. I ended up finding it a mile down the road where it had fallen off. I just found it odd to be questioned as to weather I was missing one already then more odd to let me leave with out a solution. I just spent 850 dollars with you guys 30 minute esrlier. I'm not popping my center caps on and off daily the only obvious cause was the tech either didn't put it on or put it on or put it on loose. I would have thought the proper solution would have been something like (if you need to buy a new one bring in the reciept and we'll take care of it, sorry) but thas not what happened. Other than everything was fine. I will come back but next time I'll double check everything before leaving. Jon

The AMG wheel rims on my 550 SL were scared during the tire change process. Noticed this soon after when washing car myself. This was disappointing.

Professionalism on the phone and at the counter could be improved. 80 percent of the time they are fine but not excellent. They need to be more courteous and honest 100 percent of the time. I had to wait an hour longer for my car than what I was told. Also, I requested to drop my car off a little earlier than the scheduled time, I was told no, because they were to busy. Customer should never be told problems that business is having. Customer should always be accomadated unless it is totally impossible.

Very competent staff, very friendly. Did exactly what they said they would do. Staff give me feeling they are looking out for my best interests and offering options for best value. Can’t ask for anything more.

I got good service on buying new tires for my truck. However, I was told by the tech, that my brakes were at 2Mill and needed to be replaced right away. I took the truck to my regular mechanic today who said that new brakes are 6mill so 2mill would be 33%. But, after looking at them, he said I have more than 3 mill left so I'm still at 50% or more. That's very disturbing. I need to be able to trust what your mechanic's are telling me.

Mr. Anderson, Bought 2 new tires went in 3 times within a few days after that because the tire pressure sensor lights stay on. Third time was told tire pressure valve on new tire broken. "Sometimes that happens when tires are changed."� So upsetting. Need your advice. Lights are still on. Paul Very long time customer.

Jason was phenomenal at tracking down the tires I wanted even at a time when some of them are on National back order. He grabbed the last set available and updated me continually on the delivery status. Great customer service and I am very pleased with the work and products.
