We have been going to Big O for a long time. As you know we think the world of Jason. In the past 2 years we've had several issues. When getting an oil change in my Subaru the first 2 tries leaked oil in my driveway - Jason personally took care of it the third time which worked. The last oil change for our Explorer the guard plate wasn't properly attached and dragged on the ground. We had to take it back in to get fixed. Just recently we brought in my daughters Jeep. Afterwards there was a weird noise - they checked the lug nuts and they were loose! We called Jason who looked at the tapes and declared it not possible but still it happened after the car was in your shop. There has been no sound since they tightened the nuts themselves. Finally last Friday I took my Subaru in - I asked for new windshield wipers. As I was getting on the freeway after driving around town the wipers flew off into traffic. They were never installed. They could have hit a biker or someone. Obviously I went back - they installed a new set (somehow my back wipers were never acknowledged or changed) - currently there is an issue with the right wiper as a piece of it doesn't touch the windshield - I'll need to go back. To say we're concerned about the work at Big O is an understatement. I told the gentleman at the front desk - if we have one more problem at Big O we move on. What has happened there? On every occasion something awful could have happened due to Big O negligence.

Worked my car in on Xmas eve when it sounds like they were already busy. It was not only an oil change but I needed snow tires swapped in and alignment. I forgot the lug nuts for the snow tires and they left my car on the lift while I got them from home. All of this on Xmas eve when they were all trying to get home to their families. Credit to Marcos and the rest of the crew who went the extra mile to get my car taken care of and with a smile! I've been a customer for almost 10 years now and always have had great service.

Usually live it there great work and staff but had my daughter brought car in and guy at desk was rude and had an attitude because she was asking questions. She is very polite and said nothing but told me when she got home. No excuse for that! I'm furious.

The person who greeted me immediately reprimanded me for being on time and not early for my scheduled appt. I found that incredibly rude and unprofessional. He told me that they were like a Drs office and that people show up late and then people who get there on time will then be delayed. Well, I am a Dr. and I am happy when my patients get there on time. I never reprimand them for that. If others show up late, they are the ones made to wait as we see the ones on time. He said that I was lucky that they were on time and on schedule that day. I found that a ridiculous discussion. If they wanted us there early, then give us an appt with an earlier time or tell us to get there early!! Also the other day, I had a couple of my sensors replaced. We talked about a new tire where I had a repaired sidewall during the check in. I learned later that if I was considering a new tire, that I should do the sensor at that point to save on the Labor cost of removing the tire. I felt taken advantage of. I have been coming for many years. Mostly for the convenience. But I find that the men that service the desk treat women differently and with lack of courtesy or respect despite the fact that we are paying the bill. I cannot recommend your place as the customer service needs a lot of work. The gentleman who checked me out, however, was very respectful. The others, very arrogant.

Chain of events: 1. Delivered car for wheel alignment. Frozen bolts on rear wheels, so rear wheels could not be aligned. 2. Quote was promised for repair of frozen bolts 3. After a few days I call and ask about the quote, I am being promised a call back. Nothing happens 4. After a couple of weeks I call back again requesting the quote. Again I am being promised a call. Nothing happens. 5. See #4 6. See #4 7. Now I am getting pissed. I call and explain that this is the 5th time I have been calling for this quote. The person is apologetic, takes down my new phone number and promises to call back. Nothing happens. 8. I go to the store and ask to talk to the GM to explain the situation. GM is not there, but nevertheless, the person gives me a quote on the spot, and I schedule an appointment. I am asking:' do you rotate the wheels when you do the repairs?' Answer is: "�yes, we do that when we have the car up anyway' 9. I show up at the appointment, but parts are not there. They did call me, but used old number 10. I show up at the new appointment, job gets done, off I go 11. Filling gas later in the day, I am looking at the tires, and see that they have not been rotated. I am calling asking if the tires were rotated, and the answer is "�no, no such instructions in work order'......... I am casually being offered another appointment, no apology of any kind.......... I thought you should know as the store owner, if you, in fact, read this. Regards, Marius Evensen

did not put red loctite on my wheel spacer studs where required and forgot a lug nut. When I called to let them know they basically called me a liar because the mechanic said he was 100% sure he put them all on. I was literally looking at a bare stud with no lug nut and found "extra"� lug in my truck. Also manager has no idea what he is talking about when it comes to suspension geometry and when I presented him with the wheel spacer he acted like it was a foreign object from space. Terrible experience and definitely would not use them again.

Had tires rotated. Salesman to fast. Did not address my loose hubcaps.Still making noise. Had not written it up or said a word about it. Had interior light checked.needs a new piece to hold the bulb. Only to find that both sun visors will totally filled with grease, that I had to clean off. Also did not receive a sticker for the next rotation. Your salesman are not freindly and don't listen. I am totally dissatisfied. Don't think I will be coming back.

When I purchased new tires, it was not disclosed upfront that an alignment would be done. Later it was explained that this was necessary to keep the tires under warranty. When I brought the car back because it was pulling sharply to the left, the manager looked me right in the eye and said alignment has nothing to do with whither or not the car drives straight. A little bate and switch and a large bold face lie. I'll never go back

I made an appt for a tire repair. After waiting 40 minutes my car was not serviced. I asked when my car would be serviced. I was told the next car up was mine. The lady in front of me in line was told the same. She had been waiting two hours. I asked how long would that be and the agent in a very stern voice said you are next the next car up. I asked if that meant if the car in front of me is an hour service, I would have to wait another hour. Not answering my question, I was told again in a stern voice I was the next car up. There was no regard or respect for the customer's time. An appointment should not be given if there is no time to meet your commitment.

Did oil change very quickly. We couldn't pick up car so they kept it overnight inside the shop.

Been going there for 10 years last time I went there was quoted for some tires seemed expensive made one call saved $300 for exact same tires went there again had some fluids changed thought it was pricey made one call across the street was quoted 40% less think a change may be in order...
