Big O Tires

I came in for a nail in the tire repair. They asked me to come back with an appointment. I did the following day. Next day, without offering a shuttle, I sat and waited 50 minutes until they began to "look" at my car. When I offered to have them shuttle me home to allow them more time, he said my appintment was an hour and they would be finished in an hour. Why make an appointment for a 10 minute service and wait around an hour? Inefficient and huge waste of my time. Very disappointed.

Easy to speak to a tire pro and be scheduled in a timely manner. Once there, it seem to be very seamless.

I wish all companies ran like this. These guys have deeeeep knowledge, and I really feel like they take the time to get me the right solution. If you were striving for a lifetime customer, you got one. I really felt taken care of, from start to finish. A lot of folks might have some bases or a base covered. Big o lafayette, has all the bases covered, the parking lot, the bathrooms, concessions....all of it. You earned this review.

Jason and the team are always great. I recently moved out of the area but still drive 40 miles to this Big O because I am so appreciative of the consistently great service and experiences.

Great service, fair treatment and an outstanding attitude throughout… I recently purchased tires for my Tesla S. I picked up a screw in one and drove in on my way to work. They said were very busy and asked, ‘are you in a hurry’. I said yes, he said ‘we’ll do it right now’, and they fixed my tire. On the spot. They got me on the road in 15 minutes and I wasnt charged a penny. My comments out the door were, ‘that’s why I bought the tires here, guys!’ Good stuff.

Big O was very attentive to my concerns re my car lights. After exam of lights, results were appreciatively explained to me.Thankyou to all the involved Big O employees.

Our service was scheduled quickly. We had a lot of work done and Marcos called to break down the price for each piece, making it easy for us to decide how much to do. We did it all!
