Timeliness of service

In order to save a couple of bucks, I once bought my new tires at Costco. One of the tire gauges was crooked. I had a slow leak but did not notice until I was bringing my kids to school one morning and got a flat. The kids were late to school, my car towed to Costco where I waited another 3 hours for the repair (after the initial waiting of 3 hours for the tires to be installed)! Never again! Big O is local, has great customer service and I trust them to be fair with the price and do a good job.

I was provided services from the Owner Ed and always excellent explanation on what was wrong (possibilities before he asked the mechanic to drive the car), concurred that my concerns were correct, and service was then provided to include my asking for a discount. I appreciated and have been servicing my Toyota there since I got it 5 to 6 years ago.

They fixed my flat for free because I bought the tires there. I usually buy at Costco, but I’m a convert because of this.

I called about bringing in my car which had a dead battery. BigO Tires had put in the battery 3 yrs ago which had a 6 yr warranty. Your rep. Ryan Rylander had me bring in my car the next day. He took care of me right away which was appreciated. He inserted a brand new battery and adjusted the price for the warranty still in effect. Thanks to Ryan.
