I had a flat tire (for tires purchased at Big O) and they fixed it promptly at no cost to me. I’ve bought all my tires from Big O for years, and the service is a big part of the reason.

I always receive great service at this store. I came in with a flat tire which was repaired in a timely manner. The customer service reps are always friendly and knowledgeable about their products

I was anticipating an expensive repair bill for a tire that had been punctured by a large piece of metal. Your staff was able to repair the damage for a small fee and off I went. Phewww!

Technician had difficult programming my new TPMS sensors but stuck with it and they work great

I arrived at 5:30 pm........Closing time Ryan delayed his close up duties for 15 minutes to help me Its Halloween eve ....I am sure he had places to be The next day i dealt with Chris......all good also Ryan and Chris are the BEST\ Also Ed Anderson doesnt have to be there to get GREAT SERVICE......his team know how to make it happen!!

HONEST! I brought my car in for service as I was having transmission fluid leaking. They could have taken the job and charged me a lot of money, which I was expecting to pay. Instead, they inspected the problem and advised me that it should be covered under my warranty. They were right! It was covered. Because of their honesty, I am now a customer for life and will definitely send referrals. Thank you!

Been dealing with the Lafayette big o for years and never had an issue with them. They are always very helpful and do install parts that you buy yourself. There are some shops that don't install customer provided parts and you usually have to find a specialty or custom shop but not Big O. They put in hard work and get the job done. This big o is always really busy and I see why.

I received the service I expected in the time I expected. I’ve brought my vehicles here for over ten years and have never felt misled or short-changed. I’m bringing my car back next week to replace 3 tires with extremely low tread, and I’m confident I’ll get the same high quality service.
